Tsitsipas for Madrid Open: “I’m one of the candidates for the title”

I’ve had good results in this tournament and I’ve traditionally played well here. In Barcelona I had I got the opportunity to enjoy my tennis again because I haven’t been able to train and play a lot of games since Australia. I’m glad I’m strong again and things are going pretty well so far.”

I have to train and improve a lot of things because that’s the only way I can change what’s happening right now. There’s no other way to beat a player who’s an obstacle for me.”

On his goals, but also on the comparison with Barcelona, ​​he said: “I have to work very hard, give everything in every game, to get the results I want. It’s a series of games that I have to win to get to the final, which of course I’m aiming for. A lot.” the players are in good shape now and have worked a lot.
