One of the best. Kostyuk’s opponents in Madrid semi-finals revealed
Ukrainian tennis player Martha Kostyuk and partner Elena-Gabriela Rousse (Romania) recognized their opponents in the semi-finals of the WTA 1000 series clay tournament held in Madrid (Spain).
Ukrainian-Romanian duo to meet American couple Jessica Pegula by Corey GauffFirst place in the tournament in the capital of Spain.
In the quarterfinals of the competition, Pegula and Gauff beat Gabriela Dabrowski and Luisa Stefani in three sets 6:4, 3:6, [10:5].
Jessica and Corey are world number 3 and number 4 in doubles, respectively. In 2023, the Americans have two trophies: in Doha and Miami. They also played in the semi-finals of AO 2023.
The match between Marta Kostyuk / Elena-Gabriela Rousse and Jessica Pegula / Corey Gauff will be held on May 5 at 14:00 Kiev time.
