Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev made it to the third round of the Masters tournament in Rome.

In the second round, the Russian beat Finn Emil Ruusuvuori with a score of 6:4, 6:2. The duration of the match was 1 hour and 28 minutes.

Medvedev’s next opponent will be Spaniard Bernabe Zapata Miralles.

Another Russian Roman Safiullin in the game of the third round lost to Alexei Popyrin representing Australia.
