Medvedev defeated Tsitsipas and reached the final of the clay “Masters” in Rome
Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev made it to the finals of the Masters tournament in Rome.
In the semifinal match, the Russian beat the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas (5th seed) with a score of 7:5, 7:5. The meeting lasted 1 hour 47 minutes.
Medvedev’s opponent on Sunday will be Dane Holger Rune (7). For the first time in his career, the Russian will play in the Masters clay final.
