Tsitsipas: His match against Karbales Baena will take place on Wednesday afternoon
Roland Garros organizers have unveiled the match schedule for Wednesday (31/05) with Stefanos Tsitsipas’ clash with Karbales Baena opening Suzanne Lenglen’s schedule.
Stefanos Tsitsipas will enter Suzanne Lenglen’s court early on Wednesday (31 May) at noon. The organizers have scheduled his match with Karbales Baena as the opening of the program, which means that the two tennis players will enter the court at 12.00 (Eurosport).
The 30-year-old Spaniard is ranked 57th in the world and managed to reach the third round in Paris 2020. This is also his best performance at a Grand Slam.
Tsitsipas and Karbales Baena met again in what was a historic tournament for the Greek tennis player. Steph had beaten the Spaniard 2-1 in the quarterfinals of Estoril in 2018 and won his first ATP tournament title there.
