In the second round of Roland Garros, Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina won Storm Hunter in three sets in a tense fight.
– It was really tough playing Storm today, he went out on the field and recorded winners everywhere from the very beginning. He played very well. I don’t think I played that bad, but he was the best player on the field in the first game. I needed to regroup and try to show my best game. Then it was already much better, the second and third sets – it was already a good match for me.
How special is it to play at Roland Garros now? This is a very special chance. It’s already unbelievable that I’m playing here and I’m successfully passing two rounds. At such a stage in January, I could not have imagined that I would be in such form and play well against good players. It’s a very special time for me.
