Russian tennis player Aslan Karatsev lost to American Francis Tiafoe in the second round of Roland Garros.
The Russian, who qualified for the main draw, took the first set, but eventually gave the initiative to his opponent – 6:3, 3:6, 5:7, 2:6. The match lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Tiafoe advanced to the third round of the French Open for the first time. There he can play with the German Alexander Zverev or the Slovak Alex Molchan.
