Rafael Nadal has undergone an arthroscopy to repair damage to his iliopsoas and will be able to return to the pitch in five months.

Rafael Nadal has finally passed the practice door. The legendary Spanish tennis player and his team decided that he needed to undergo an arthroscopy to repair his injury.

That finally happened on Friday when doctors performed a double repair of both the iliopsoas, where Rafa injured himself at the Australian Open, and the left thigh muscle, where he previously had problems.

In this way, Nadal’s doctors believe that the Spaniard will be able to completely overcome the problem that plagues him and be able to return to the pitch in about five months.

We remind you that Rafa recently declared that he will not be in any hurry to return to the games and that next year will probably be the last of his great career.
