World No. 1 Iga Swiatek of Poland has become the latest semi-finalist at the French Open.
In the quarterfinals, Schwentek beat Corey Gauff from the USA – 6:4, 6:2. Tennis players spent exactly one and a half hours on the court.
Sventek’s next opponent will be Brazilian Beatriz Haddad-Maya.
Karolina Muchova (Czech Republic) and Arina Sobolenko (Belarus) will meet in the other semi-final.
