Haddad Maia scores a decisive victory over Jaber on the way to the 2023 WG semi-finals
Brazilian tennis player Beatrice Haddad Maya (#14 WTA) became the third semi-finalist of the French Open for women.
In the 1/4 final match, Beatriz defeated Tunisia’s Ons Jaber (WTA number 7) in three sets to comeback.

It was the third match of the tennis players, Haddad Maya won for the first time.
Note that Beatrice never went beyond the second round in Grand Slam tournaments. She became the first representative of her country in the Open Era, which placed in the top four in the clay major.
In the semi-finals, Haddad Maia will face the winner of the match, Iga Swiatek (WTA Number 1) – Corey Gauff (WTA Number 6).
