Novak Djokovic: “Let’s talk history after the final”

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic talked about a possible victory at the French Open, where he will play against Kasper Ruud in the final.

As you know, in the 1/2 finals, Djokovic defeated the world leader Carlos Alcaraz in four sets. Novak will win his 23rd Grand Slam trophy if he wins Roland Garros.

– This question would probably be better asked on Sunday, but given everything you’ve said about historic achievements, how motivated are you to win a record 23rd Slam? Thinking about the Grand Slam calendar?

“The calendar helmet is really far away. But if I win on Sunday, it might not be that much. But let’s see. I don’t think about him. I just want to win another Slam on Sunday, I’m so close. I know this. I know this feeling – I’ve had it many times in my career. So I know myself, how to manage my emotions, how to act tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, and how best to approach the final.

I will play with someone who has been in the final of a Grand Slam tournament before. Both Kasper and Zverev played in the finals but never won the championship.

But still experience is on my side but does he win the matches? I do not think so. I just need to pack up well, prepare for another long battle and if I win after the final we will talk about history.
