Russian tennis player Korneeva won the “Roland Garros” among juniors
Russian Alina Korneeva won the French Open tennis championship among juniors.
In the final, the third seeded Korneeva defeated Lussiana Perez‑Alacrón (sixth seed) with a score of 7:6 (7:4), 6:3. The meeting lasted 1 hour 36 minutes.
Korneeva is on the 331st line in the world ranking. In January, the 15-year-old athlete won the junior Australian Open championship, and she also has two victories in ITF tournaments.
