Marchenko and Sachko qualified for the final of the tournament in Slovakia
Ukrainian tennis players Vitaliy Sachko (No. 226 ATP) and Ilya Marchenko (No. 345 ATP) successfully started their performances in the ATP Challenger series tournament qualifiers held in Bratislava.
In a meeting with Argentina’s Ignacio Monzon, Sachko spent a little over an hour on this, winning in two sets.
Marchenko teamed up with the Slovenian Blazh Rolu and won in three sets. After giving his opponent two timeouts in the decisive game, Ilya finally broke his resistance.
In the qualifying final, Ilya Marchenko will play with Daniel Dutra da Silva from Brazil. Sachko’s opponent will be Milos Karol from Slovakia.
