Daria SNIGUR: “Haddad Maya is a very good tennis player”
Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur commented on the sensational victory over world number 10 Beatrice Haddad Maia in the first round of the WTA turf tournament in Nottingham:
“Amazing. Beatriz is a very good tennis player who played in the semi-finals at Roland Garros, I want to thank her for this incredible match. I did my best, I want to thank all the fans who supported us today and all my Ukrainian fans. Thank you very much”.
Daria Snigur was asked how she felt after Beatriz Haddad defeated Maia:
