The finalists of the turf competitions in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Nottingham have been announced
On 17 June, the semi-finals of the WTA 250 series turf tournaments took place in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (Netherlands) and Nottingham (England).
At competitions in the Netherlands, the trophy will be played by “neutral” tennis players: Veronika Kudermetova and Ekaterina Alexandrova. Kudermetova defeated Victoria Kuzhmova in 1/2 finals and Alexandrova defeated Alexandra Sasnovich.
There will be a home final in England. Jody Burrage and Cathy Boulter will face each other in the match played for the cup. Jodie defeated Alize Cornet in the semifinals and Katie defeated Heather Watson.
