The feud between Tsitsipas and Kyrgios is over
Stefanos Tsitsipas has insisted some of his comments about Nick Kyrgios were misinterpreted after their Wimbledon clash last year and the Australian tennis player accepted his apology.
Stefanos Tsitsipas and Nick Kyrgios have put an end to the misunderstanding that started at last year’s Wimbledon and their duel in which the Australian was victorious.
Tsitsipas emphasized, among other things, that some of his words had been misinterpreted and withdrew sharp comments.
Kyrgios, in turn, reposted Stefanos’ apology, tweeting the following: “It was an intense fight. As players, we never go to press conferences without processing the game. We had some crazy fights and deep down I know you like my tennis style. Everything’s ok“.
