Potapova failed to reach the final of the tournament in Birmingham

Russian tennis player Anastasia Potapova lost to Latvian Elena Ostapenko in the semifinals of the tournament in Birmingham.
The meeting ended with a score of 5:7, 6:2, 6:4 in favor of Ostapenko, who received the second seed. Potapova was seeded fourth.
In the final, Ostapenko will meet with the first racket of the tournament, Barbora Kreychikova from the Czech Republic.
