WTA ranking. Kreychikova is back in the top ten, Tsurenko has fallen from the top 50

The women spent the past week at turf tournaments in Berlin and Birmingham.

At larger competitions in Germany, Petra Kvitova retained her ninth world ranking, earning her 31st career title. Finalist Donna Vekic is back in the top 20.

In Birmingham, the championship went to Alena Ostapenko, her position did not change (17). Finalist Barbora Kreychikova returned to the top ten.

Another change in the top 10, with Caroline Garcia losing fourth place to Jessica Pegula.

The Ukrainians did not perform well last week, with Marta Kostyuk, Lesya Tsurenko, Elina Svitolina and Dayana Yastremska slipping in the rankings. Angelina Kalinina retained her high position, Katerina Beindl, Daria Snigur and Katarina Zavatskaya slightly improved their position.

In the doubles standings, Lyudmila Kichenok is down one place, Marta Kostyuk is up two places and Nadezhda Kichenok is up one place.

Kvitova got into the top 8 in the championship race, and Kreychikova also pulled herself into the leaders a bit.
