Selivanenko told how Wimbledon differs from other Grand Slam tournaments
Alexei Selivanenko, Vice President of the Russian Tennis Federation (RTF), said that there is always room for surprises and unexpected results at Wimbledon.
“Wimbledon is different because on the one hand there are players who are considered grass experts, and on the other, there is always room for surprises and unexpected results,” Selivanenko told Vprognoze.ru.
Wimbledon will take place from 3 to 16 July. Serb Novak Djokovic is the current winner of the men’s tournament, and Yelena Rybakina, the representative of Kazakhstan, is the current winner of the girls’ tournament.
