On 27 and 28 June, the 1/8 finals of the WTA 250 series turf tournament were held in Bad Homburg (Germany).

The world’s first racket, Iga Sventek, beat Tatiana Maria and Gilles Teichman on the way to the quarterfinals.

Ukrainian tennis player Katerina Beindl completed her performance in the 1st round of the competition by losing to Linda Noskova.
