Medvedev advanced to the third round of Wimbledon
Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev stepped into the third round of the Wimbledon tournament.
The Russian, seeded under the third number, beat the Frenchman Adrian Mannarino in the second round match – 6:3, 6:3, 7:6 (7:5). The game was abandoned on Thursday in the third set at 4-4 due to darkness.
Medvedev’s next opponent will be determined by the results of the match between the American Markos Giron and Marton Fucovich from Hungary.
