Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva did not shake hands with the referee after the match of the fourth round of Wimbledon.

Andreeva lost to American Madison Keys in the 1/8 finals of the tournament in three sets – 6:3, 6:7 (4:7), 2:6. In the final set, Andreeva slipped and dropped her racket. The judge punished the Russian woman with a penalty point for a second violation, as a result of which the American earned a match point on her serve.

When the match ended, Andreeva shook hands with Keys, but ignored the referee.

In the quarterfinals, the American will meet the winner of the pair Ekaterina Alexandrova (Russia, 21) – Arina Sobolenko (Belarus, 2).
