Russian Daniil Medvedev deserved to reach the quarterfinals of Wimbledon, said Olympic champion, Grand Slam winner in doubles Elena Vesnina.
On Monday, Medvedev advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament after the Czech Jiri Legechka refused to continue the fourth round meeting due to injury.
