Vondrousova became the first Wimbledon finalist

The representative of the Czech Republic, Marketa Vondrousova, defeated the Ukrainian Elina Svitolina and reached the Wimbledon final.
The semi-final match ended with the score 6:3, 6:3 in favor of Vondrousova. Tennis players spent 1 hour and 14 minutes on the court.
The Czech opponent in the final will be determined by the results of the match between Arina Sobolenko from Belarus and Ons Zhaber from Tunisia (6). Vondrousova’s best result at the Grand Slam tournaments is reaching the final of the French Open 2019.
