(Paris) The Polish Iga Swiatek retains the lead in the WTA ranking published on Monday, in which the Czech Marketa Vondrousova, crowned Saturday at Wimbledon, makes her first entry into the top 10.

The 24-year-old Vondrousova, who won her second title on the circuit, moved up 32 places to 10e world rank.

Tunisian Ons Jabeur, who lost for the third time in her career in the final of a Grand Slam tournament after Wimbledon and the United States Open in 2022, remains at 6e rank.

She nevertheless gets closer to the French Caroline Garcia, 5ewhich is only ahead of them by 19 points.
