(Toronto) Jannik Sinner finally got his hands on his first Masters 1000 title on Sunday in Toronto, beating Alex de Minaur in straight sets 6-4, 6-1.
Sinner was in his third final in this category of tournament.
The Italian was dominant in the second set, limiting all of his rival’s attacks.
On the other hand, de Minaur completely died out, leaving the way open to Sinner.
