Venus Williams and Wozniacki Take Wild Cards at US Open
The US Open has revealed the names of wild card holders for the men’s singles and women’s tournament. In women, two former top rackets of the world received tickets to the tournament – the 4-time tournament champion Venus Williams, 43, and the recent careerist Dane Caroline Wozniacki.
All wild card holders:
Men: John Isner, Alex Michelsen, Ethan Quinn, Lerner Tin, Steve Johnson, Michael Mmo, Rinki Nijikata, Benjamin Bonzi
Women: Caroline Wozniacki, Venus Williams, Ashlyn Krueger, Robin Montgomery, Kayla Day, Clairvie Ngunue, Starm Hunter, Fiona Ferro
The US Open 2023 will be held from August 28 to September 10.
