Tsitsipas: His draw at the US Open
The US Open draw is set and Stefanos Tsitsipas learns his likely path to a fourth Grand Slam of the year.
It’s almost time for the fourth Grand Slam of the year. Starting next Monday (28 August), the eyes of all tennis fans will be on the US Open for two weeks.
The draw for the main draw of the tournament took place on Thursday Stefanos Tsitsipas gets to know his possible path.
The world No. 7 will face Milos Raonic in the first round and if he qualifies, Popirin will be waiting for him. Eubanks is his main opponent in the third round and in the fourth one of Musetti and Fritz will stand in his way.
Unexpectedly, Novak Djokovic awaits him in the quarterfinals and one of Rude, Tiafoe, Davidovic Fokina and Rooney in the semifinals.

Djokovic also became the first tennis player to reach this mark in three different Grand Slam tournaments (101 – Roland Garros, 102 – Wimbledon). Novak has 95 wins at the US Open.
Djokovic is playing the 81st major of his career and is on a par with Roger Federer and Feliciano Lopez in this indicator.
Novak’s next opponent will be Francesco Maestrelli (Italy, ATP 141) in the qualifiers.

Swiatek begins his journey to win his first Australian Open trophy with a hard-fought victory
