Maria SAKKARI: “It Was Marijuana”
Greek tennis player Maria Sakkari, who was eliminated by Rebecca Masarova at the US Open, said she smelled marijuana during her match with Masarova.
It was marijuana. This fragrance did not impress me at all. This is just a comment, it has nothing to do with the game. I felt it in training yesterday too, but it doesn’t matter. Recall that the first round match of the US Open Masarova – Sakkari ended with the victory of the Spaniards (6:4, 6:4).
