Dominic TIM: “Perhaps Bublik meant something else?”
At the US Open match between Australia’s Dominic Thiem and Kazakhstan’s Alexander Bublik (6:3, 6:2, 6:4), the runner-up said in Russian: “I’m for **** he, *****, make these disabled people a career rotate, ****. Tim commented on this episode at a press conference.
“I don’t know if this is the correct translation. This is true? It’s hard to say anything. It’s better not to say such things at all – just out of respect. Maybe he had something else on his mind. What can I say?” Tim said.
Recall that Alexander Bublik has played in Kazakhstan since 2016, previously played in the Russian Federation.
