In the US Open 2023 Grand Slam tournament, the first round of singles matches have come to an end and the eight seeded tennis players were eliminated.

Ukrainians are among those who left. Angelina KalininaGreek tennis player Maria Sakkari, who lost in two sets to Sarah Sorribes-Tormo of Spain and failed to beat another Spaniard, Rebeka Masarova.
