Ukrainian Baranovskaya wins her first professional title

18-year-old Ukrainian tennis player Alisa Baranovskaya Won the title in the soil tournament of the ITF W15 series held in Brasov (Romania).

The Ukrainian player started from the qualifiers and won 7 matches in a row, losing only 1 set. In the final of the competition, Alisa won in two sets against Huergo Nicole Fossa (Italy, WTA 1334).

For Baranovskaya, this title was a first at a professional level. In March 2023, Alice reached the semi-finals in Tunisia in the 15,000th and won the UTR series tournament in June.

Victory in the competitions in Romania brought Alice $2,352 in prize money. Baranovskaya also received WTA points for the first time – 10. In the ranking of WTA Live, the Ukrainian player takes 1140th place.
