Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Goff reached the final of the US Open

Aryna Champalenka and Coco Goff secured their spot in the US Open final, with the Belarusian looking to add another Grand Slam to her record and the American celebrating her biggest title.

Madison Keys failed to clear Aryna Sabalenka’s hurdle as she lost 2-1 sets (0-6, 7-6, 7-6) and denied the American crowd an American women’s final at the US Open.


The Belarusian tennis player got off to a bad start but managed to turn the clash around and overcame the electrifying atmosphere with Arthur Ashe supporting Kish. The duel between the two tennis players lasted 2 hours and 32 minutes.

The first ticket to the final was secured by Coco Goff, who defeated Karolina Mukhova 2-0 sets (6-4, 7-5) in an eventful match, which was interrupted in the first set due to protests from climate activists present game.


For the 19-year-old American, it is the second Grand Slam final after Roland Garros in 2022, when she lost to Sviontek.
