WTA rankings. Kostyuk and Tsurenko moved up one place
Last week the women played the WTA 500 in Tokyo and the WTA 250 in Ningbo.
At the more prestigious competitions in Japan, Veronika Kudermetova won, which allowed her to rise from 19th to 16th place. Finalist Jessica Pegula remained fourth in the world class.
In the tournament in China, series leader Ons Jabeur celebrated his victory and took the 7th place in the rankings.
The composition of the top 10 remains unchanged.

Among the Ukrainians, Marta Kostyuk and Lesya Tsurenko came forward one place, while Angelina Kalinina, Elina Svitolina and Dayana Yastremskaya remained in their places. Daria Snigur’s position improved slightly, while Katarina Zavatskaya, Yulia Starodubtseva and Katerina Volodko fell slightly down the list.

While Lyudmila Kichenok and Marta Kostyuk maintained their places in the doubles rankings, Nadezhda Kichenok lost one.

In the Championship Race, Jessica Pegula has already secured her participation in the WTA Finals, but this is not yet shown on the website. There is a fight for the remaining places, but she is 465 points behind Maria Sakkari, who is in 9th place.
