Stefanos Tsitsipas gave an interview to Tennis TV. The leading Greek tennis player referred to his relationship with his father and stressed that people would always try to spread rumors.

“My father was always by my side. Even when he wasn’t there and people couldn’t see him, he was digitally by my side. He is here to stay, I have no intention of ever changing or displacing him.”

People will always try to spread rumors or destroy what you have with someone who is very close to you in every way, but this is someone you can’t rule out.” expressly stated.

He then spoke about the end of his collaboration with Mark Filippoussi: “Mark Philippousis is no longer a member of the team. I wanted to try it with a trainer and see how it would work.”

It was a bit uncoordinated in many ways. Without my father, I felt like I was losing part of my identity as a player. I couldn’t get used to the new ways and methods of Mark, who I admired and enjoyed watching on TV when I was younger.
