Medvedev lost to American Korda in the third round of the tennis tournament in Shanghai

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev failed to reach the fourth round of the Masters series tournament in Shanghai.
The Russian, seeded second, lost to US representative Sebastian Korda (26) on Sunday with a score of 6:7 (8:10), 2:6. The meeting lasted 1 hour 28 minutes.
The American’s next opponent will be determined based on the results of the match between Argentinean Francisco Cerundolo (20) and Hungarian Marton Fucsovics.
Previously, Medvedev also lost to Korda at the 2023 Australian Open.
