Russian tennis player Diana Schneider failed to reach the second round of the WTA 500 tournament in Zhengzhou, China.
In the opening match, Schneider was defeated by Ukrainian Lesya Tsurenko with a score of 4:6, 2:6. The meeting lasted 1 hour 23 minutes.
In the next round, Tsurenko will play against Croatian Donna Vekic.
