Russian tennis player Ekaterina Alexandrova was defeated in the second round of the tournament in Seoul.
The Russian woman, who received the third seed, lost to the representative of Belgium, Yanina Wickmayer, with a score of 3:6, 6:7 (6:8). The tennis players spent 1 hour and 49 minutes on the court.
Wickmayer’s opponent, ranked 83rd in the WTA rankings, will be Russian Polina Kudermetova in the quarterfinals of the tournament.
