Nadal is back in action: He is expected to compete at the Australian Open
Australian Open director Craig Tiley has announced that Rafael Nadal will take part in the tournament in January 2024.
Rafael Nadal has been out of action since January 2023. The injury that bothered him led to an operation he had to undergo Arthroscopy and will therefore be completely missed this year.
The top Spanish tennis player is back in training and the clock is ticking to compete again. Yes O Australian Open director Craig Tiley announced that Nadal will take part in the tournament in January 2024.
“We can reveal here that Rafa will be back. He’s been away for most of the year and speaking to him in the last few days he confirmed he’s coming back, which was exciting.” Tiley reported to the Nine Network.
We remind you that Nadal has stressed that 2024 will be his last year in professional tennis.
