The Professional Tennis Players Association decided to move the tournament from Tel Aviv to Sofia.

As it is known, the ATP and the organizing committee of the tournament in Israel could not guarantee the safety of the tennis players due to the military operations currently being carried out in the country. While Gijon, Spain, made a bid to host the tournament to be held in Tel Aviv, the organization chose Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. They allegedly offered a more favorable financial offer. The tournament will take place between 5-11 November.

The winner of the tournament held in Tel Aviv in 2022 was Serbian Novak Djokovic.

It was previously reported that the tournament in Cincinnati would not be moved to Charlotte and would be a two-week event.
