Russian Schneider reached the quarterfinals of the tournament in Nanchang after Zvonareva’s refusal

Russian Diana Schneider made it to the next round of the tournament in Nanchang, China.
Schneider advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament due to the refusal of compatriot Vera Zvonareva. The 19-year-old tennis player won the first set against her opponent with a score of 6:3. In the second game, Zvonareva refused to continue playing.
Schneider’s next opponent will be Nao Hibino from Japan.
