Russian tennis player Aslan Karatsev reached the quarter finals at the ATP 500 tournament in Tokyo.
In the second round, world number 50 Karatsev defeated Chinese Zhang Chichen with a score of 6:3, 6:4. The meeting lasted 1 hour 21 minutes.
The Russian’s opponent in the quarterfinals will be fourth seeded Alex de Minaur from Australia.
