WTA rankings. Snigur and Zavatskaya rose to 21st place

Last week the women played WTA 250 tournaments in Nanchang, Cluj-Napoca and Monastir.

Czech Katerina Sinyakova won in China, which allowed her to return to the top fifty in the world rankings (46).

German Tamara Korpacz won the championship in Romania. Thanks to this success, he not only returned to the top 100, but also updated his personal best, reaching 71st place.

Elise Mertens, winner of the competition in Tunisia, returned to the top thirty.

There have been some changes to the top ten because points were deducted for this week’s Final Tournament and last year’s tournament in Guadalajara. Thus, while Jessica Pegula lost the fourth place to Elena Rybakina, Marketa Vondrousova rose to the sixth place. While Barbora Krejcikova returned to the top 10, Maria Sakkari fell to 9th place after Karolina Muchova.

Elina Svitolina, Angelina Kalinina, Katerina Beindl and Dayana Yastremskaya retained their places. Lesya Tsurenko approached the top 30, Marta Kostyuk also added a line. While Daria Snigur and Katarina Zavatskaya rose to 21st place, Yulia Starodubtseva, Anastasia Soboleva, Alexandra Oleynikova and Nadezhda Kolb updated their personal achievements.

In the doubles rankings, Marta Kostyuk became the first racket of Ukraine and returned to the top 30, where Lyudmila Kichenok left. Nadezhda Kichenok dropped one place, Katerina Volodko returned to the top 200, the Kolb sisters continue to advance.
