Russian Andrei Rublev was defeated by Italian Jannik Sinner in the semi-finals of the tennis tournament in Vienna.
The meeting ended with a score of 7:5, 7:6 (7:5) in favor of Sinner, who received the second seed. Rublev was seeded third. The match lasted 1 hour 49 minutes.
In the final, the Italian tennis player’s opponent will be another Russian representative, Daniil Medvedev (first seeded). The score of personal meetings between Sinner and Medvedev is 6–1 in favor of the Russian.
