Veronika Kudermetova became the champion of the WTA Elite Trophy tournament in doubles

Russian tennis player Veronika Kudermetova, paired with Brazilian Beatriz Haddad-Maya, won the final of the WTA Elite Trophy tournament in Zhuhai, China.
In the decisive match, Kudermetova and Haddad-Maya beat Indonesian Aldila Sutjiadi and Japanese Miya Kato with a score of 6:3, 6:3. The match lasted 1 hour 12 minutes.
Earlier on Sunday, Haddad-Maia became the champion of the second most important singles tournament after the final WTA tournament.
