Russian hockey player Karen Khachanov reached the quarterfinals of the Masters series tournament in Paris.
In the third round, Khachanov, who received the 16th seed, defeated compatriot Roman Safiullin with a score of 4:6, 6:4, 6:2. The athletes spent 2 hours and 7 minutes on the court.
In the quarter finals, Khachanov will play with the winner of the match between Stefanos Tsitsipas (Greece, 7) and Alexander Zverev (Germany, 10).
