Stefanos Tsitsipas was injured in the 5th game of the 1st set of the match against Alexander Zverev for the Paris Masters and needed a medical timeout.

Stefanos Tsitsipas was unlucky in his Paris Masters round of 16 match against Alexander Zverev.

The Greek champion was injured in the 5th game of the 1st set after a return and attempting to change direction and run backwards.

The 25-year-old superstar missed the point, lifted his leg and grimaced in pain. He then went to the referee with difficulty walking and asked for a medical time-out.

The game doctor administered first aid and then Tsitsipas got up and continued the great game.
