Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev reached the semi-finals of the Masters series tournament in Paris.
The Russian, who received the fifth seed, beat Australian Alex de Minaur in the quarterfinals with a score of 4:6, 6:3, 6:1. The match lasted 2 hours 4 minutes.
Rublev’s next opponent will be the first seeded Serbian Novak Djokovic, who in his quarterfinals was stronger than the Danish Holger Rune – 7:5, 6:7 (3:7), 6:4.
Previously, Djokovic and Rublev met five times: the Serb won four victories, the Russian – one.
