Zvonareva and Siegemund reached the semi-finals of the WTA Finals in doubles

Russian Vera Zvonareva and German Laura Siegemund made it to the semi-finals of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Final Tournament in doubles.
The international duo beat the American pair Corey Gauff/Jessica Pegula in the third match of the Mahaul group – 3:6, 6:4, 10:8. The match was interrupted due to rain and finished on Sunday.
Zvonareva and Siegemund took second place in the group with two wins in three matches. In the semi-finals, Zvonareva and Siegemund’s rivals will be Australian Storm Hunter and Belgian Elise Mertens, who became the first in the Maya Ka’an group.
