Russian tennis player Vera Zvonareva, paired with German Laura Siegemund, won the WTA Final Tournament in Cancun.
In the final, Zvonareva and Siegemund beat American Nicole Melichar and Australian Ellen Perez with a score of 6:4, 6:4. The meeting lasted 1 hour 38 minutes.
For 39-year-old Zvonareva, this title in pairs was the 16th in her career and the fourth this season.
